In this afternoon, you will slip into the role of a paleontologist. You will find dinosaur bones and think about what the animal might have looked like and in which habitat (water, air, land) it might have lived. Only together you can solve the puzzle – and learn how researchers work. In addition to gaining insights into the structure of vertebrates and recognizing form-function relationships, you will learn about various aspects of scientific work in a fun way.
This workshop can be offered free of charge thanks to the support of Lower Austria
This workshop is designed for children aged 7 to 10 years. The children do not need to bring anything – everything they need will be provided on-site.
The program is family-friendly, so accompanying adults and younger siblings are warmly invited to participate actively. If younger siblings join, an accompanying adult must be present.
Please note that this program is a recurring format, with only minor changes compared to the previous semester.
