At this year’s Open Campus, we are making a special effort to ensure that all visitors can participate in and enjoy the event. Our measures include:
Sign language interpretation for selected science shows and tours.
Many science exhibition texts in simple German, to ensure easy understanding for all visitors.
An accessibility point (in front of Lab Building West) will provide information and assistance for people with disabilities.
A designated family-friendly room for young children as well as breastfeeding.
A quiet room for visitors who need a calm environment.
Sensory kits will be available for visitors to borrow at the accessibility desk to assist those with sensory sensitivities.
