How does life take shape?

In this tour, you will meet Carolina Camelo and Alena Kizenko. They are developmental biologists, interested in the questions: how does a small bundle of cells in an embryo turn into a fully formed organism with specialized organs? How do these organs take their shapes?

Join this research duo and find out how they study the formation of full organisms, from a tiny embryo, with a deep dive into the world of microscopy. After telling you about their research, Carolina and Alena will take you on a tour of the interactive exhibition “Science in the Making” and into their lab.

The tour will be held in English.

Recommended for ages 12 and up. Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult. Tickets must be booked for all participants.
