The Thinking Game - Film Screening and Discussion

How can artificial intelligence help solve one of biology’s greatest mysteries? “The Thinking Game” offers fascinating insights into the work of DeepMind and shows how AI is being used to predict protein structures—a breakthrough with enormous potential for medicine, research, and our future. The film combines scientific visions with the stories of the people behind the technologies, demonstrating how AI is pushing the boundaries of what was previously thought possible.

The film will be shown in English with German subtitles. The discussion will be held in German.

The “VHS Science Lectures” series is a collaboration between Volkshochschule Urania Klosterneuburg and the VISTA Science Experience Center. Registration is available via the VHS Klosterneuburg website.

Recommended for ages 16 and up.
